All participants registered for an event agree to be added to our contact (email/phone) list and assume full and complete responsibility for any injury, illness, or accident which may occur during their participation in an Iconic Timing event or while on the premises of the event. 

All participant contact Information and additional information collected by Iconic Timing is not shared with third parties. We will only use this information to promote future races or send out information pertinent to our services.
